Refund policy

Zed|Eh Designs offers a 7-day, limited return policy.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of package delivery using the Request Return feature in your customer account or by emailing support@zedehdesigns.com.

Once a request is submitted, you will receive a response within 2 business days accepting or denying the claim. Important: A refund is not guaranteed, and your item must be received, inspected and meet all the criteria outlined below. Zed|Eh Designs reserves the right to refuse a return.

For Account Request :

  • Log into your customer account here
  • Select the order and item you wish to return
  • Select "Request Return" 
  • Complete the information requested, and submit your claim

For Email Request:

  • Include your name, shipping address, order number, the reason for the return/exchange, photos if needed and any relevant details.

All merchandise must be:

  • in original condition
  • shipped in its original and undamaged packaging within 5 days of receiving claim approval.

All shipping costs are:

  • at the customer’s expense
  • deducted from refund amount, including costs of any free shipping offers on the original purchase.

It is strongly recommended that returns are shipped fully insured, with tracking information. Zed|Eh Designs is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.

Refunds:

  • A refund in the original form of payment, minus a 15% restocking fee, will be issued within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the merchandise.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account before contacting your bank.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • any merchandise that has been altered, damaged or show signs of wear.
  • incorrect sizing or weight – ensure to read product descriptions thoroughly.
  • commission, custom or made-to-order pieces.  
  • products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • broken, cracked or chipped stones.
  • any pieces purchased outside of Canada and the United States

If you receive a package damaged in the mail, contact Zed|Eh Designs within 48 hours of delivery to allow a claim to be filed. Please navigate to the Shipping Policy for further details.

Important Note:

I stand proudly behind the quality of the pieces I make. It is important to me that you are satisfied with the art you have purchased. With proper wear, careful handling, and mindful cleaning, your piece will last for many years. If there is any damage or issues with a piece you have purchased from Zed|Eh Designs, please contact me at support@zedehdesigns.com We will work together to have your piece in wearable condition once again.
