Shipping policy

To allow you to enjoy your new Zed|Eh Design purchase as soon as possible, all in-stock pieces will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Made-to-order jewelry will be fabricated and shipped within 10 business days, unless otherwise indicated.

Custom orders have varying fabrication times. At minimum, 8 weeks is required. It will depend upon design time, availability of materials/sourcing and current workload. We will discuss and agree on timelines and specific details before contracting any work. Please see FAQ for more information on custom work.

If there is an unforeseen delay, you will be contacted immediately to discuss options.

At no cost, all pieces will be carefully packaged for shipping:

  • A black cardboard jewelry box, with a foam insert, will secure the piece for shipping. Some pieces may be wrapped in a velvet cloth or tissue if the design requires extra support. 
  • The jewelry box will be packaged in a larger shipping box with padding to protect your jewelry.
  • A small care package is included to ensure the longevity of your new Zed|Eh Design piece and to show my appreciation.
  • Any product being shipped that is not a piece of jewelry will be shipped in an appropriate USPS envelope.

*While every effort is made to provide an aesthetically pleasing unboxing experience, the priority is for your piece to arrive undamaged and some pieces may require extra padding or wrapping.

Free shipping is provided for purchases over $250 in Canada/US:

  • All parcels are sent via USPS Ground Shipping.
  • Alternative shipping methods, expedited shipping and purchases under 250$ are at the customer’s expense. Should expedited shipping be desired, please contact me directly. 
  • All parcels are shipped fully insured and require a signature on delivery, to protect your purchase

Once the parcel has been dropped off at the shipping facility, an email will be sent providing a tracking number to help you monitor your order on its journey. USPS tracking information may not update until the parcel leaves the facility.

Currently, ZedEh|Designs provides shipping to the United States and Canada.

  • International shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.
  • All costs to ship outside of the US/Canada is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Zed|Eh Designs is not responsible for any duty, VAT or customs related costs.
  • Zed|Eh Designs is unable track or insure international shipping, the customer assumes all risk of loss or theft. 
  • All international purchases are final and cannot be returned, without exception.

Please allow sufficient time for your parcel to ship, particularly during any holidays. Zed|Eh Designs is not responsible for carrier shipping times or delays.

Zed|Eh designs cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged items. If you receive your purchase damaged, please contact Zed|Eh Designs within 48hrs of delivery for a claim to be filed with the carrier. In all other circumstances, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier for resolution.
